This Sony DVD player was the perfect purchase to keep me entertained while walking on my treadmill. Usually, the idea of getting on a treadmill was a task in itself and I would always find excuses not to get my walking done. I'm a senior citizen and it's important to stay strong and keep my heart healthy. So this Sony DVD did the trick. I can watch movies while moving my body.
